    Ah you can see them?? I can't see them, lol!!!
    I cut out all caffeine, meat, dairy except natural yoghurt and eat loads of fruit/veg/homemade soups etc. Most days :

    Brekkie : Fruit salad (orange, strawberries, blueberries) with tub of natural yoghurt and seeds/nuts
    Snack : Unsalted nuts and raisins
    Lunch : Homemade soup with 2 oatcakes and a banana
    Dinner : Veggie Stirfry or baked potato with beans and salad or brown rice with veggies
    Snack : Oatcakes/nuts/fruit etc

    Only problem is i go crazy at the wkends again! No as much as i wld have before i did this and saw the results after 5days. I'm also doing Ripped in 30 JM and did Insanity on Saturday and walked home from work 3nights at 3miles. Going onto it again tomorrow :)

    I am too indulgent for a 5-days with that menu, but I wanted to say that your results look fantastic; kudos for hanging in there.

    Thank you :):) I found 5 days easy.. well 5 breakfast/lunches was easy. The dinners not so as i'm not a fish fan otherwise would have been a lot easier. Relied on baked potato's and rice! Going to stick to that plan Monday-Friday and eat what fancy at wkends! That may be the reason why i never actually lose the 1 stone i want to loose tho!!!
