One free day a week?
Does taking one day off a week to eat freely (ie. not count calories and treat myself) sabotage my fitness efforts? Does anyone have any thoughts? I know the Body For Life program did this and it helped me with my cravings. I knew that I could eat that chocolate when Sunday rolled around!

Evening Snacking
Is snacking in the evening a no-no even if it's still within my calorie allowance? I notice on other's food diaries that there are no entries after the dinner hour....how does one do that?? *_*

Exercise Moms?
I am a mother of 3 small children and work out from home using DVD's. I have reached my goal weight but am looking to tone up now. I'm just wondering if there is any one else out there in a similar situation? Maybe we could motivate one another? I am serious about my efforts and hope you are too!
