I NEED this! We went on a cruise the first week of February and I cannot seem to get back into a healthy, sensible mindset as far as my health and fitness goes! I feel like a pudgy sloth! Ha! I'm 41 - 5'8" CW 147 April 4: April 11: April 18: April 25: GW for April 30 is 139

I wondered where you went but didn't want to hound you! As a MFP friend, I need to be more supportive. Try to look at it as one pound at a time, one meal at a time...celebrate small successes and you will be thinner, stronger and happier in the end. Hang in there!! :)

I lost 3 lbs last week (Jan 8th weigh in) and will do my second week weigh in tomorrow (15th).

It's hard to get the ball rolling again when we get sidetracked by life....sorry to hear about your loss and frustrations. Today is a new week, and you do have a great attitude...that is what's going to help carry you to your goal. Hang in there!

Sometimes I chew gum. It's something to chew on, helps ride out a craving and is basically calorie free!

I am interested. I had my 3rd baby 3 months ago. I only have about 10 pounds to lose but sure need motivation to exercise, eat healthy and tone up so my clothes fit properly. So, if I can join this motivated group that would be great!

I totally indulged this week-end too....and although it was good going down, I feel more motivated than ever to get back on track. You'll be happy with yourself when it's Friday and you've put in some good eating days.....go for it...the hard work will pay off. :)
