Most accurate way to calculate calories burned?
I'm sure this topic has come up before but I'm unable to find a definitive answer... What is the most accurate way to calculate calories burned? For example, when I go jogging my Nike + app will give an estimate that is significantly lower (about 20%) than the estimate given by MFP for a very similar activity.
