catagories of food
Is there anyway to separate foods into categories? Such as all the breads in one column, all the meats into one column, all the fruits.....it would make it so much easier to find them. I mean on my food list...I have so much listed it takes a while to find something I ate 3 days ago to list it again

sport watch
OMG i have bought a darn sports watch with exercising band that is supposed to count calories. I cant figure out the watch! there are so many settings and no clear path to get to where you need to go...im using the instruction book too. Help!

Improving Labs
Had my labs checked today....Within 5 weeks(Thats when I started MFP) my Cholesterol has went from 218 to 142, Trigylycerides went from 168 to 95, LDL went from 145 to 80, Fasting blood sugar went from 240 to 132 (im diabetic)....But im so happy!! Shows all my hard work is working out!

Heart rate monitors
Which is the best? Heart rate monitor with chest strap or just the wrist watch....What does the strap do anyway? Ive got a nice hill I want to start walking up and im anxious to see how many calories it would burn. Thanks

Carb and Fat Counter
Is there anyway to get the calculator to deduct the Carbs and fat you burn while exercising? Also Im gonna start adding at least 25 calories burned just by walking around the house, doing laundry, etc.....

Taking a Weekend Break!
I find that if I diet & exercise real good During the week I can take weekends 'off' just a little and not worry so much about dieting yet still watch a little of what I eat. It gives me something to look forward to! I still lose approx 1 1/2 pounds a week! Does anyone else do this?

Low Calorie Breakfasts
I try to find Low calorie Breakfasts...Seems like I can stay on track better if I eat light in the Morning. I start out with 3 egg whites, turkey bacon (only 30 cals for 2!) and 1/2 Earth grains Thin Bun Bread (50 cals) Does anyone else have any great ideas? I detest Yogurt by the way

Planning ahead
I was thinking about going ahead and finishing my Food Diary for the day and then Using that as a guideline for the day. If I already know what im going to eat and then going by that schedule, It may help to stay on track that way too. What do you think?
