Is there anyway to get the calculator to deduct the Carbs and fat you burn while exercising? Also Im gonna start adding at least 25 calories burned just by walking around the house, doing laundry, etc.....

I don't know about the carb and fat counter but I only add the calories that I actually do for exercise I dont put down swimming for me that is relaxation, I don't add yard work, housework, walking around campus nothing that I normally do it would make me feel like I could eat those calories back and it would kill my weight loss, because they are things that I did before weight loss. I'm not going to reward myself for doing normal things that's what got me here. But thats just me. Good luck

That would be almost impossible to figure out just by calculators. There are so many factors involved with that.

Also, doing normal activities MFP accounts for them. My advice is don't try to find more calories for yourself, it only ends up hurting.
