Weight Loss and Body Shape
I've been exercising, eating better and losing some weight. However, I noticed tonight that my upper body seems to be flabbier than it was. Is this normal for someone just starting to lose weight? Might it have something to do with water consumption? Is it in my head? Any imput would be appreciated. Thanks.
