Wake Up Call

I went away for a few weeks, and in that time, I stopped monitoring what I ate (and believe me, I ate a lot of crap). I stopped exercising, and when I finally plucked up the nerve, I stepped on the scale and was appalled to find that I gained 6 pounds in those weeks. I essentially wasted 6 weeks worth of work in a mere 3. I can't allow that to happen again. Anyone looking for motivation........this post is it. You let your guard down and you're screwed.

Thank you for the advanced warning. Lesson learned...I'm not going to make that mistake now! I don't want to waste a month and a half for nothing.0

It's much easier to put it back on then to get it off.. just think positive and know you can get those 6lbs off again. It will just take 6 weeks! I've been here for 5 weeks and I don't want to gain these 5 lbs back!! Thanks for the eye opener.0
