I have been doing Billy Blanks' "Boot Camp Basic (with resistance bands)" for a while now, and I'm having a hard time finding an appropriate figure for calories burned. The folks who made the DVD have not repsonded to any emails, nor have online materials been helpful. I have read it could be 450, 750, 1000, 1100 calories per a 55 minute workout. I am currently using the 750 calories per workout, however, for the sake of accuracy, I'd like to see what you have to say.
