High protein/low carb diet
Hi, I just started on a high protein/low carb diet. I am 5'7" and weigh 178. My weight has been the same for years. I have a UNDER active thyroid which makes it more difficult for me to lose weight. Calories for cleaning and such vs calories burned at the gym
OK so for some reason after I log in all my gym info. (Treadmill and weight training,) Then I log in all the cleaning I've done. Protein
Is it bad if I am under my daily goal for calories (by just a few) and OVER in my protein? 1st time this has happened. Plus I am always told to eat a lot of protein because it helps to build muscle faster which in turn will help to burn more calories faster. (Higher protein means more fat burn).

Earned Calories?
I've been doing this for 5 days now and I'm confused. I see that the chart says that after exercising, I have earned extra calories for the day. Does that mean that I need to eat more to reach the extra calories? Or do I stay at my original set goal for the day? What if I go over the extra calories given? Really, all this…
