Hi All I have been here before, but I haven't posted much. I have practiced Taijiquan before, and I remember the routines. Has anyone had any success with combining Tai Chi and dieting and making it work for you to lose weight? Another question; how do you stay motivated to continue?

Hi All Can MyFitnesspal be calibrated for kids? I have a 10 year old with PDD-NOS who needs to lose some weight also; we are working on his eating habits, but he loves charts and is a whiz at math, so I thought this would help him. Any thoughts?:wink:

Need help with proper nutrition
Hi All I know I can exercise, but I need to eat properly also and I need good list of veggies that I can 1. eat raw in a salad 2. that will keep for a good while 3 or some veggies that can be part of meal that will keep and that I can digest easily. Any advice?
