I've just recently joined a Virgin gym and been trying out different classes. I've booked onto body conditioning tomorrow and just wondered what i should log it as on MFP. It's an hour long class and never done it before so don't really know what to expect. Thanks :-)

Scales dilemma
I've been using Weight Watchers scales since i started on MFP and been very careful not to weigh myself on any others. Well that was until yesterday and now i'm in a bit of a pickle with it all.
