Not Losing like I should be...why?
So, my calorite intake per day is 1390, I always eat ALL my calories. If I work out, I also normally east most of those as well. I am trying to keep track of my calories I burn while doing the Leslie Sansone's DVD's, but I am not sure what it would be considered in the MFP exercise tracker. So, is it Walking at a slow/moderate, or dog walking pace, or vigorous., and speed 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, etc? Thanks all!
