I am trying to keep track of my calories I burn while doing the Leslie Sansone's DVD's, but I am not sure what it would be considered in the MFP exercise tracker. So, is it Walking at a slow/moderate, or dog walking pace, or vigorous., and speed 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, etc? Thanks all!

Same here, unless I am doing one that is faster than a 15 minute mile (I have one that is 12 so log it as 5 mph).0 -
On the back of one of her dvd's that we work out to, it says it considered low impact aerobics. So just put down how long you do the exercise for and it will chart it for you.0

Hello I also use her walking DVD's and I love them! I was wondering too how to log it and how many calories I burned, so I bought a inexpensive heart rate monitor from walmart for around $50. So far my watch has calculated that I burn anywhere from 500-550 calories for the 3 mile walk(45min). I used the MFP activity calculator for aerobic exercise for my weight and it came fairly close to what the heart rate monitor said I burned.
Good luck and hope this helped! feel free to add me as a friend for help with motivation!!0
