Jawbone UP or Up24...any opinions?
Just wanting some insight on either of these tools. I like them because they are sleek, and easy to wear. and they do record quite a bit and are affordable. Any opinions?

Advice on eating in mixed company

4 years post op and still throwing up (caution to the weak stomachs) lol
Anyone else having this issue? I am 4 years post op. Tonight, when I was having dinner, I got to sneezing which put a lot of pressure on my stomach and then my stomach hurt and I didn't necessarily throw up per say, my food just came back up. You know, where you don't have to really try, it kind of just finds it's own way…

So I am a post VSG, 4 years this past Saturday. I got all the way down to 185, with only 20 little pounds to go maybe 25...depended on how far I wanted to go. Over the holidays here came 5.....7....oh look, 10 lbs back. I just wonder if I will ever be able to enjoy a holiday without absolutely hating them ever again?…

pouch test
I asked this on my page, but I wanna ask you guys too. Have you heard of the 5 day pouch test? And has anyone tried it or know more about what it is? I am stalled out, but at the same time, I am so hungry I feel like I am eating way more than normal. wondering if i have ruined my pouch by stretching it out. any ideas?…

I'm cold!
I am a sleever as of 1/1/11. Seems like since my surgery I am always freezing. Anyone else have this problem? And other than dressing like an eskimo in the summer....any hints? :frown:
