A little late to the game!
I'm on day 3 of level one! Hard but worth it!! I'm determined to move more!! I'm also doing beginner rebounding routines. I used to be a long distance runner and boy have I fallen off the wagon!

Why doesn't strength training compute calories burned?
Hey all, I was wondering why only the cardio diary computes calories burned and not the strength training? Would be soooooo much more motivated to see some calories burned while I attempt to lift weights and tone!!!
