Hey all,
I was wondering why only the cardio diary computes calories burned and not the strength training?
Would be soooooo much more motivated to see some calories burned while I attempt to lift weights and tone!!!

it does. type it in under cardio, then you put in how many minutes. not really sure how accurate it is.0

type in strength training in the cardio and it will. thats more just for you to track your reps and weight and such.0
-
under the cardio exercises you can log "strength training"0

I wear a HRM (Heart rate Monitor) and manually put it in under cardio.0

There is a category under Cardio for strength training. I log my minutes there as well as indicating my exercise/sets/weights.....0
