Ok Shredders...
I started cycle 2 of 30 day shred and WOW!! is it just me or is it way harder than level 1? I was feeling pretty good at the end of 1, now not so much with level 2!! :sad:

Questions about 30 Day Shred
Those of you who have done 30 Day Shred. First of all how dd you log it? Also did you do any other kind of exercise along with the DVD or did you just do the DVD and still get results. I am starting tomorrow and was just curious...Thanks for any input!!

So.. today I did my 30 day shred and was finishing up some laundry, when all of a sudden I started feeling very nauseated, shaky, dizzy and my heart started racing. I don't know what it was but I felt horrible. It has never happened before. I don't know if it was because I hadn't ate yet or what, It was probably 11-12…

So.. I am starting 30 day shred on Monday. People who have used it yay or nay. I have read some people really like it and it has worked well. Just looking for some more feedback on it. I hope it helps and doesn't kill me!! LOL

Okay I am new to this site and when I log my good and exercise it gives me more calories than I am originally assigned. I am confused which of the calories am I suppose to consume pre exercise or post exericise. Thanks for all your help. :smile:
