Adjusting carbs after exercise
I am new to keto, and am trying to figure out how to track my carbs correctly on MFP. When I input exercise,it adds available calories and carbs to my numbers. Does this mean I can eat more than the 20 net carbs I start with if I exercise? Thanks.

Counting carbs
I am on a 100 carb per day plan. When I put in my exercise, the number of carbs allowed increases. I also subtract my fiber from the carb count. Should I eat the number of carbs suggested in the increase? My carbs are set at 30%, protein at 30%, and fat at 40%.
