Counting carbs

I am on a 100 carb per day plan. When I put in my exercise, the number of carbs allowed increases. I also subtract my fiber from the carb count. Should I eat the number of carbs suggested in the increase?

My carbs are set at 30%, protein at 30%, and fat at 40%.

It's essentially if you want to eat back your exercise calories. You could try not doing it so long as you're hitting your protein level and not feeling exhausted. If you don't eat those back and your workouts are suffering and the weight loss hasn't increased then I'd recommend eating them back. Your best bet is trial and error here as everyone is going to respond differently.

I don't like my numbers to increase because I figured in that i'm exercising every day - so I log the exercise but say i only burned 1 calorie so that my goals don't change. I would personally say don't eat the extra carbs but that's just how I do things.
