Nutrition numbers

I notice that the goal nutrition numbers are figured for us (or we could put in our own). In order for me to achieve my health goals, I need to know how to figure or calculate my goals for carbs, fats, sugar, soluble fiber (and overall fiber), etc.

In a nutshell...
I am female, 57, 5'3", 184 lbs, and my doctor wants me to continue to lose weight (lost over 40 lbs since November 2010). But most important, she wants my LDL cholesterol down below 100, now at 152.

I am focussing on eating lots of soluble fiber, low saturated fats, etc. In fact, I'm feeling great, athletically active with tennis, dragon boat racing, biking, and the like; always below my daily calorie goals, way above fiber goals set by myfitnesspal, but also above sugar goals set by myfitnesspal. All the sugar is coming from fruits high in soluble fiber and anti-oxidants, or veggies like corn, also high in fiber. I'm concerned about the sugar. Can anyone give me an idea of what my nutritional goals should be since I need increased fiber and anti-oxidants?

Thanks.

you can choose the macro numbers yourself..i do.

but i am trying for bodybuilding..adding muscle..so my macros are 40% carbs, 30% fats, 30% protein. i dont bother with fiber and stuff.
