Hi people i just bought p90x and was wondering if anyone wanted to join me. I'll be counting calories also 1300. Im starting tomorrow so ill post my weight and measurements so do the same if you're down :)
This year i am setting realistic goals to lose 3 pounds a month workout at least 3 times a week and eating 1200 calories daily. My goal weight is 125 i currently weigh 159. So any one with me? :)

how many calories do you burn with this dvd doing the 6 week program?? also what do you log it as??
