here are my stats: weight-156.6 arms-12.5 waist-29 lower stomach- 34 hips-36.5 thighs-24 im starting with the p90x lean so i did Core Synergistics dvd plus i did wii boxing. do you measure yourself every 30 days or every week? i'm not sure yet and when to do it. let me kno :)

So day 20 and i lost half an inch on lower stomach and thighs total of 3 inches in 20 days. How is everyone else going?

So today was day 10 of level 1 and here are measurements Waist: 28.5 Lower stomach: 34 Hips: 36.5 Thighs: 24 Arms: 12.5 So i lost 2 inches all together but gained half an inch on my arms. I was hoping to lose more but i guess thats better than nothing right?

my measurements: waist-29 hips-37.5 thighs-24.5 arms-12 yea im wayyyyy outa shape but did my first workout this morning and it felt good intense but good :)

Idk about starting new thread. 30 day shred is a jillian michaels workout video its supposed to be super intense and you can lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days well thats what it says.
