Idk about starting new thread. 30 day shred is a jillian michaels workout video its supposed to be super intense and you can lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days well thats what it says.0

waist-29
hips-37.5
thighs-24.5
arms-12
yea im wayyyyy outa shape but did my first workout this morning and it felt good intense but good0 -
Vicki- i have very similar measurements but a bigger waist and hips! I did the 30 day shred and feel good! I also did 30 min of jogging on the treadmill using an ifit card. Does anyone else use ifit cards in the treadmill?0

Day one of Level one complete.0

So today was day 10 of level 1 and here are measurements
Waist: 28.5
Lower stomach: 34
Hips: 36.5
Thighs: 24
Arms: 12.5
So i lost 2 inches all together but gained half an inch on my arms. I was hoping to lose more but i guess thats better than nothing right?0 -
Much better than me. My measurements haven't changed, nor did I lose weight. But I think I am toning up a bit, I have noticed that my clothes are fitting a better. I'm also moving to level two tomorrow. Good luck to you. Where we go!0

So day 20 and i lost half an inch on lower stomach and thighs total of 3 inches in 20 days. How is everyone else going?0

I haven't lost weight, but I'm down half and inch pretty much everywhere and a inch off my hips0

I have lost a few pounds but i am waiting to do measurements on the last day. I start level 3 today. My plan was to spent 10 days per level.0
