Best way to bandage a blister?
I bought new shoes and through my own dumbassery, I got a wicked blister. I let it sit for 2 days (and popped it) before I tried again, but even with putting a bandaid on it (and of course, wearing socks), it still hurts. Motivation?
So I'm getting married on August 3, 2013 and I need to lose a total of 70 lbs by December 19, 2012.
