walking...
I walk every day for 1.5 hours but I don't see a difference...well, on the scale anyways and I can't afford to go to the gym right now so what do you all suggest? I have been changing my nutrition too.

Frustrated....
Eating right and walking every and it isn't happening. I just got overwhelmed and broke down emotionally tonite. Would appreciate no snide comments please about my post.
