I need help last year this time I was 163. Now I am 212. Saying I dropped the ball is an understatement. I really don't have anyone to talk to.... don't want to remind my husband what a fat wife he now has. So I am looking for a place to find people who can relate and help support me and encourage me.
I am new here and I try to stay within my calories that I am supposed to intake. As I have been reading other posts I have seen people talk about needing to eat the calories you lose from exercise. Maybe I am missing something here, but how does that work? Shouldn't I leave those alone? That way they help burn off the fat…
