When that happens to me it sometimes is because of my cycle. When its over I drop that extra weight. So I guess that is water like others have said

I either have one Eggo (Blueberry or Strawberry) and that's 95 calories. Or Honey Nut Cheerios, 3/4 a cup with 1/2 cup skim milk is still under 150 calories.

I love veggie burgers. I can't remember what brand I used to buy that had water chestnuts in them. They were the best.

I correct some of them unless there's a lot wrong. Usually I go with the one that has the most confirmations and I remember to confirm others that are correct

I put them in a crockpot with some water and a bottle of barbecue sauce.

I weigh in once a week. Thursday mornings. I do once a week because if I would do everyday I am afraid it would develop into something dangerous for me. Oh and I don't have a name for the scale. Maybe when I save up to get a newer fancy one.

Have to agree that I love the name too. : ) I was just logging in the rest of my exercise too and am still over. Upset still but need to keep in mind that I usually am double or over double the intake that I should have.

Is there an entry for cleaning the house? I agree with the mothers list. I have a one and a two year old. I do many jogs up and down the stairs to see who is crying and why.

I am new here and I try to stay within my calories that I am supposed to intake. As I have been reading other posts I have seen people talk about needing to eat the calories you lose from exercise. Maybe I am missing something here, but how does that work? Shouldn't I leave those alone? That way they help burn off the fat…

Congratulations and thank you for sharing. It gives me hope. I've started dieting because my LDL is high and after giving me time to get it down (it only went up), I was put on Lipitor and am hoping that if I lose enough weight I may be able to talk him into letting me off it.
