wrong caloric value

I find that some of the foods listed have the wrong caloric values. 1 cup of generic fresh strawberries showed 9 calories. That is so wrong. The caloric values needs to be look at very carefully when you add it to your foods consumed. Also if the site could be cleaned up with the inaccurate info that would be great.

If you find a food calorie is wrong, you are able to edit it, and place the correct info in there. I know most people just create a whole new entry, but if we just edit the existing one, then it will make it less crowded, and more accurate.
But you can deffinately edit it.....so we can all have the correct info...
When the info about the food comes up on the right... there is a link in BLUE..thats says "Nutrional info".....click on it
Then it asks you...."Is this Data correct?".....click NO
When you click no....a box comes up that says ..."EDIT"
Click on EDIT and you are able to input the correct info....
You can also document, what changes you made0 -
I correct some of them unless there's a lot wrong. Usually I go with the one that has the most confirmations and I remember to confirm others that are correct0

I prefer to use the ones with the most confirmations too0

Thanks I did not know that you could edit them. I will start doing that and confirming that it is correct.0
