Hi all, can anyone give me a view on this please? For the last few weeks I've averaged something like a 4 lb a week weight loss which I know is more than generally recommended. Hi I'm back on MFP after losing about 40 lbs then putting it back on. Looking for friends to support me as I try to shed the pounds again. Hoping for friends that can offer some meaningful support.
