Hi I'm back on MFP after losing about 40 lbs then putting it back on. Looking for friends to support me as I try to shed the pounds again. Hoping for friends that can offer some meaningful support. I'm feeling in the zone at the moment but there will be tough times ahead I'm sure. Thanks for reading!
