Weigh-In
Ok, so i got up and biked to my local YMCA this morning. I weighed myself and i only weighed 1 pound less than i did at the beginning of the week. Should i be disappointed??

1st weigh-in since MFP
Ok here's the deal. I'm going to follow my "Week 2 C25K Program" in the morning on monday. Im am going to run/walk to my local YMCA which will take 40 min (There and back). I will weigh myself and then lift weights. Then I will run/walk back home. I hope I way less!!

Trek for WATER!!
Haven't been a big fan of taking in at least 8 cups a day. Soooo, i am going to start carrying around a 32 ounce water bottle at all times with crystal light in it. Considering Crystal Light requires 16 ounces, it will mellow it down. I want to get at least 8-10 cups of wwater a day! Wish me luck!!

Water intake is a hassle considering i'm a teenager on the go. When I stop somewhere witha water fountain, how long would a drink of water at a fountain take to be equivalent to 2 cups.
