1st weigh-in since MFP

Ok here's the deal. I'm going to follow my "Week 2 C25K Program" in the morning on monday. Im am going to run/walk to my local YMCA which will take 40 min (There and back). I will weigh myself and then lift weights. Then I will run/walk back home. I hope I way less!!

Don't be discouraged if you do not weigh less. Depending on how hard the workout is, your muscles can retain water after a workout which can have an impact on the scale. But the scale is evil, anyway!0
