Hey guys! Thought i'd show my progress, I've never been extremely overweight but i was never happy with my weight or lifestyle. In the past month or so I've gone down 7 lbs and I finally feel as though I'm starting to look like the person I want to be. Thank you all for your support! You guys are amazing!
