Dieting Alone?

My main goal is to lose weight around my middle (original i know...haha) but i don't know what techniques will actually make a difference. I'm very regimented with staying in my calorie limit, but will dieting be enough? I enjoy excercise, but i am legitimately so busy i rarely have the time. (Truly, not just, oh I don't feel like missing my tv shows so I can't work out, but like I am in 3 hr studio classes/work from 830 am to 10pm most nights. If I stick to my calorie limit, will I see changes anytime in the somewhat near future?

  • Your diet is 80% of the effort and working out is 20%. So, yes, you will see a difference with better eating habits. Especially if you choose the right foods. If you're hoping to workout, then try some online circuit videos (most are 10 minutes).

I didn't work out the first week, I only changed my diet. I lost 4 lbs. Once I started working out again (this past week) and not only do I feel great but I can see inches fading away.

Diet is really a huge part of it. I know everyone keeps raving about it but the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD is $6.99 through Amazon and it's a nice, short, hard, workout with great results. I think it's maybe 20 mins.
