Question calculating my TDEE
I am unsure if I am "lightly" active or "moderately" active when trying to calculate my TDEE. I currently do a Jillian Michael's dvd 6 days a week that is 20-30 minutes (plus warm-up ad cool down, but the most activity is 20-30 minutes). These workouts are dumbbells and cardio.
