Suggestions for a DVD to ride a stationary bike to.
It is very hot in San Antonio Tx, over 100 F. I don't even walk the dogs until after 10pm. I want to use our stationary bike and would like some suggestions for DVD to challenge me as well as some relaxing nature ones. If you know of any please let me know the title and where you purchased it. ty

Help, I can't find the show "cook yourself thin" on my TV? I looked on lifetime and didn't find it. I loved the video clip and would like to see the show. I have At&T and am in San Antonio area of Texas. Do we get this show here?
