14lbs to go!
So here I am, I had a c section April 30th 2010 I weighed 166 when I went to the hospital. I didn't lose very much weight after I had my son, I left weighing 158. My son weighed 6lbs 10oz so I basically lost what he weighed. I wish I would've took more before pics but I avoided the camera as much as possible. 5'1 HW 166lbs…

How long?
How long does it take the Depo shot to get out of someones system? My last shot was November 10th. I'm due for one now but I don't want to get it since I'm finally under 130lbs. I'm hoping to see more weight loss once the shot is out of my system. This would've been my 4th shot.

Fat thighs?!
Why wont my thighs get any smaller? LOL sounds crazy but my stomach is pretty flat and all of my jeans do not fit my waist (even with a belt they are big) but still fit my thighs. Any advice?

anyone else on the depo shot and not losing?
I've been on the depo shot since may, and i have been stuck between 132-138 lbs. Right now i'm stuck at 136 lbs. i recently started running and thought this would help break me out of the 130's. what can i do to break from this plateau? i eat about 1410 calories a day, but i have a feeling my body thinks its in starvation…
