Not anymore, thank god! When I was prego with our son my husband weighed 140 & I weighed 166 lol. Now I weigh 128 & he is 150-160 idk because he only weighs his self twice a year for the navy prt lol.

I find that if I don't deprive myself of anything I crave I do really well. Lately I've been eating whatever I want in moderation of course. I find that weekends and nights are harder for me to stay within my goals. So now I pack a light breakfast, light lunch & snacks that keep me at about 600-800 calories so when I get…

I only seem to be losing from my stomach. Which is good and bad. Bad because of the way jeans fit me now. I always have a huge gap. My thighs are here to stay, I think. Lol

My husband makes a big sacrifice being away from home sometimes months at a time. Email is the only form of communication. He always manages to find time out of his busy schedule to write me long loving emails that can turn a bad day into a great day. I love how every time he returns home we pick off right where we left…

LMAO! I can't stop laughing at some of these pics.

Agreed! 100% I don't count cleaning as exercise but to each their own. I don't care about what the next person counts as exercise. Especially if they are losing weight. It seems like that's all MFP forums are about lately, the same people being judgmental & posting snarky comments.

5'1 129lbs I wear a size 7/8 pants (us) In 2009 I was 125lbs & wore a size 3/4 ( I had just got out of navy bootcamp so I was really fit)

I confess that I will not be working out until I start my new job on Monday! I just got my hair done at the salon yesterday & it took 3 hours LOL.

My husband loves my curves lol but then again that is our entire culture, basically. They love women with tiny waist & big butts lol.

I dont eat lean cuisines everyday but when i do eat lean cuisines its with a side of steamed veggies. Usually i have more veggies than whats in the lean cuisine and it fills me right up. You can also have a piece of fruit after if your still hungry or a salad as someone suggested.

I started two days ago, couldn't wait LOL. Surprisingly I'm not sore & I didn't have to take any rest breaks. Maybe it's all the running and strength training I've been doing. On to Level 1 Day 3!

Way to go! You look great :)

Im stationed in norfolk, virginia. Does the USAF offer cardio alternatives? We get to either run it, swim, do the stationary bike, or the elliptical. I usually do the bike or the elliptical but im getting ready for the run this year! We can do it :)

What branch? Im navy and getting ready for my spring PRT. Im 5'1 134lbs trying to reach between 115-125lbs next year :)

My hair is the last thing on my mind when working out lol i usually wash it and throw it in a bun no matter how nappy it is. i still get relaxers to keep it in check though every now and then. i usually do it on my "rest day".

I agree, I read through some of this and said what the eff. Some are shooting for weights that have a BMI under 18.5 ....... Insane. anything below 18.5 is NOT healthy. Please reevaluate your goals ladies. I am short as well.... 5'1 and i am aiming for a healthy weight of 115-125.

Im not a candy person, I can't even remember the last time I had chocolate now that i think about it LOL.

Definitely weekends/ days off. Im in the navy so when i do go to work, our day begins with mandatory PT. So i have t workout no matter what. Weekends there's no one pushing me to workout.
-
I do the same run 3x a week & maybe some strength training. This week i tried walking half a mile for a warm up, run a mile, strength training, run for 20 to 30 mins after then cool down & stretch. Lost 2 lbs this week but my official weigh in isn't till tomorrow :)
-
Yeah, I was really hesitant about not working out for 3 days & eating more but it worked.
-
I followed Jillian Michaels way.... I upped my calorie intake 10%, took 3 days off from training & had 1 high calorie day. The 4th day I woke up 2 lbs less! The scale hadn't moved for me in over a month before that.

It was the complete opposite for me, i lost weight while my husband was deployed. As soon as he came home i gained about 7lbs. I seem to eat better and workout more while he is underway with his ship.

Milk? Pregnant with my son that was the only thing that calmed my terrible heart burn! I was drinking a gallon every 2-3 days. Oh yeah and the baby I had growing inside me didn't help much either LOL.
