Is this realistic?
I just posted my signature with goals and was wondering if everyone who has done this for a while thing these are realistic or should I change them to about 5-7 a month. Right now (after looking at other goals met out there) I am aiming for 10 pounds a month.

Calorie intake vs pounds loss data
Hello, I was wondering if I should be discouraged because it keeps saying I'm not getting enough calories but when I add in the food I eat it keeps adding pounds to the projected weight in 5 weeks. Day 2
Ok I'm officially starting day 2!! I worried about getting in a rut about eatting the same thing over and over. I see how well every one else have done on the site and for some reason it keeps me going and I think I can look that good when done. Does anyone have helpful tips or advise for someone just starting out.
