How long until you noticed?
How long until you noticed serious visible progress in the mirror? I'm at this (for the 2nd time!) since 1st Jan and can already see some changes. But I'm greedy and impatient and I want more!!!! How long did it take you?

Does this make sense?
Im 94kg with 24% bodyfat. I want 10% bf. So my lean mass is 94x0.76 = 71.5kg. With 10% bf that equals 71.5x1.1 = 78.6kg. Which means i need to lose 94-78.6 = 15.4kg to get to my goal. So thats say 15 weeks at a loss of (according to mfp app) 1kg/week. Make sense?!

Workouts and rest
Hi, I exercise 5 days/week. 3 days cardio, 2 days weights and 2 days rest. I read somewhere that people take a recovery week every so often. Is this just laziness or is there an advantage to it?

Carry calories over
Since your body isn't exactly going to change at midnight, it would seem reasonable that every now and then you could save some calories for the following day if you knew you were going out to dinner for example. Is there any reason I shouldn't do this (only say once every 2 weeks)? Thanks
