Had the hankering to binge on chocolate tonight so I ate a second Kashe TLC Chewy Almond and Flax Seed bar. It has 7g of protein.. What do you think of these products? I'm scared to up my protein intake because the doc says that was the reasoning behind my 5lb weight gain before.

I normally weigh myself everyday (which isnt good for you by the way)... and my dr's appts are always late in the afternoon.. After I've had breakfast, like 6 cups of water, snacks and lunch. Eating After Workout.
I just got my *kitten* kicked at the gym. I burned 634cals.. I had my oatmeal and banana around 11ish and I'm not hungry... Do I eat anyways?

Wine.
If I am within my caloric intake, is it okay to have one or two glasses of wine a night? Or does it screw up the weight loss process? I have some Moscato staring at me and I'm ready to drink it.

Eating Late.
Because I work in the restaurant industry, I sleep until noon every day but am usually up until 2am (I work nights).. Should I still follow the rule of "No eating after 7 pm? Because I get hungry around 9 or 10pm.

Dr Scale Blues
Had an emergency appt. Ive literally drank 6 glasses of water today and im wearing jeans and shoes but the scale says im 7 lbs more than my home scale. i know my scale is accurate at home and when i weighed myself this morning it was not that much. is it possible tp gain 7lbs in water weight?

OATMEAL??
So if I use a half a cup of dry oats, but i add double the water and then microwave it for 2 minutes it DOUBLES in size.. It's still the same calorie content right?

Getting my Groove
I just wanted to share that for the last two days, I have drank all the required water and eaten super healthy all day (like 6 times a day which was super scary for me). 1,000 cals over yesterday!
I had a horrible hangover from barely eating the day before and drinking .. So yesterday I was 1000cals over with no excercise!! Today I tried to not eat the cals i overate yesterday and i am a little below my daily goal! I FEEL FAT AS HELL TODAY!! What do i do? keep eating my goal or fast?

I work 6 days a week at a restaurant so food has been a big issue for me. I am currently very petite, (5'3.5" and 118 lbs). My weight fluctuates between 115-120.
