Had an emergency appt. Ive literally drank 6 glasses of water today and im wearing jeans and shoes but the scale says im 7 lbs more than my home scale. i know my scale is accurate at home and when i weighed myself this morning it was not that much. is it possible tp gain 7lbs in water weight?

Then weigh yourself tomorrow - scales can be crazy inconsistent.0 -

its very likely that its just clothing and water! don't stress about it just know youre losing and your scale at home is all that matters!0
