Question about replying
If I want to copy someone's post so that I can reply to it within the group postings, how do I do that? I see people putting it in a box and then typing their reply, but I'm not sure how to do that?

Looking for some friends
A lot of my friends are inactive now. Obviously I love to read as I'm a member of this group. I don't post often, but I enjoy seeing what everyone posts. I'm a librarian in Houston Texas and I try to limit my meat intake as it helps keep my cholesterol down. Add me if you'd like some support on your journey.

hi everyone! Hope we all have a great low cal day! Went for my apt with my personal trainer and even though it's hard work, I have to say I love it! Especially love the great feeling after it's all done! I intend to keep to my calorie count today and drink water!

Back to work today. I work 10-7 so worked out with my Biggest Loser DVD, and arranged my recipe file this am. Pre-recorded breakfast and lunch to keep me on track!

I am becoming a vegetarian for health reasons and because I'm lactose intolerant, I'm really becoming a vegan.
