Getting started late as I just saw the challenge but I’m in. I’ve been sick, and had a birthday last week so exercise and eating have not been what they should. So ready to join you. Will do my longer post later but for now: Nov. 29 133.5

136.2 today. So I lost the couple of ponds I picked up during our travels last week. Now, I have to buckle down to get into 135s! Ronan reminds me of my daughter. She broke her arm around 5 or 6 and had a big cast too!

That’s true. I always think of myself as a coach. So I may have to criticize but I do it clearly, compassionately and respectfully. I see some of my associates get praised for being strict but no one seems to notice their high turnover!

138 today. Went to Galveston for our anniversary and ate/drank lots of good stuff. Back on track!

Paula, I’m a boss and Your boss should have confirmed what she meant with an email to you. You should not have had to email her . She should have been clear and not had to back pedal. My employer trains us to always communicate clearly. She needs to learn more about good management. Shelly hope things get better. Not sure…

The NaturallySlim program is interesting. It doesn’t limit what you eat but how and when you eat. So I’m working on only eating when I’m hungry and chewing very slowly and throughly. I do feel fuller when I’m done so I think I’m eating less. Chris, hope you feel better soon.

I’ve been traveling then back to work. So just looking at the August challenge. Will see about working this into my exercise routine. Big challenge is eating less but I’m starting a work program called Naturally Slim on the 13th. DH will do it with me so I think it will be good.

Visiting my daughter in Louisiana. It’s been hot here and in Texas. 100 degrees at times. Enjoying swimming as much as I can. Lots of calorie consumption with visiting and traveling but have been using hotel fitness center and did Toy Soldier workout today. The fires in California are scary. Hope everyone is safe!

136.6 this am so maintained. I will set my goal for 139 by Halloween, as I am inspired by you dear ladies. And I want a purple dragon too although he and Molly the cat might have issues.

136.6 today so not a loss but not a big gain either. I’ll take it as I really got off track this week. DD didn’t want to cook a couple of nights and we wound up going out. Plan is to have soup if he doesn’t feel like cooking.

Hi everyone! Chris, I agree they should give an answer when they say they will. For my county positions, I’m honest and say it will take a while. Because we have to get approval from County Budget dept, etc. etc. Paula, size 8 is great!

137.8 so I lost almost 2 lbs! Yay! I think the face on the Whoo symbol looks like it’s disbelieving what’s been said. I won’t be using it either.

Paula, congrats on the new bench! Chris and Paula, Once a year or so, I’ll have a day where I feel very weary. I call in sick and rest, figuring my body needs it. Shelly, glad you’re keeping up with the push-ups. Oh, and the reason I can sleep till 6:30, I live only 2 miles from work. That helps.

139.6. Thought I was doing well as I tracked every day. Will avoid restaurants where I wind up guesstimating and will stop counting exercise calories as they can be inaccurate.

Good for you Paula! I see Shelly has been logging in so I think she’s just busy. I lost a wee bit this week so I think I need to make sure I’m measuring things instead of guesstimating.

I slept in a bit too. Woke up at 5:30, went back to sleep and got up at 6;30. Have an early meeting so planning workout for this afternoon.

We’ll, 137.8 so went down a bit. DH is giving up alcohol for June so I will be supporting him.
