Not today but if DDD thinks it's fun and not full of baby goat poop, then maybe next time. :D

They had fun. The goats were tiny little things! Don't know that I want to do it. We'll see.

Working out w/our trainer this morning. DH wanted to sleep in this morning so we didn't get any walking done. He's staying up late working on a Ugear clock. It's really cool. I can't wait until it's finished. They are tough to put together.

Top row...second from the left. And he has a train engine on a train track to put together. Oh! and top row the second from the right is a Hurdy-Grudy. I got it for him for F'Day but it doesn't work as well a it should. He didn't like all the neg reviews. I sent that one back. They are a lot of work!!

Well, I did it. Core & isometrics for sciatica prevention. Only one set, but that's more than nothing.

    Paula, what are those exercises?

Working out w/DDD and our trainer this morning. Walking w/DH in a bit. Much cooler today!! Went out to the mail box day before yesterday...the sidewalk was so hot I had to stand on the bark in the shade. Hot!

Paula, sounds like a blast from the past. Must do your core and leg exercises to stay fit. Maybe go with Chris and play with baby goats, er, do yoga! So cute I might add. Doing lots of core myself. You can do this. I know I world love your drive to work. Must go slowly to enjoy it all.

Chris I love the clocks. They are very interesting. Looks like a puzzle. And baby goats should wear diapers. Yes, yes, yes.

My Uncle from Texas visited this weekend. Lots of catching up to do. Still working on planks and push-ups.

Chris, my exercises are planks, wall sits and leg lifts; as well as isometric stomach/spine things the therapist showed me. I did them yesterday and my arms hurt today, so that's a good sign.

Today my work mobilized a new walk/run group. Everyone ran except for John & me (and his dog, Bentley). But even John walks faster than me, so two miles later and my legs are rubber and feet are lead. Legs are gonna hurt tomorrow.

    Heading for the Tylenol.

Shelley, It does sound a lot like what you started me out with!

I might do the core exercises on the days we don't meet w/our trainer. I love that DDD is working out w/my again. So much fun! The hour goes really fast!

    Walking today.

Watching what the gopher in the back yard does. He came out and completely buried the noise maker. Crazy guy! The day before you could see the top of the noise maker...then it was gone! bwahahah!

Bonide 61118 Mole Repellent Stake - Sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc. Takes three C batteries and is about 9 inches long. Goes down the gopher hole. Makes a noise they don't like. Supposed to drive them away. Hope he goes back where he came from. He just killed another tomato plant.

Paula!! I love it! Wonder if I show Bean the picture if he'd try to eat the cat...DH wouldn't even go in the back yard this morning; he is so mad.

140.0 this morning at 6:30!!! Gotta love those late morning sleep ins! Slammed that 2.2 overage from yesterday! bwahahahah! I didn't do anything different food-wise and only walked w/DH

I did have a great day shopping w/DDD for interview clothes. She is interviewing for a Vice Principal position tomorrow morning. We hit 5 or 6 stores that were supposed to be top quality/high class clothing...nothing. She sighed and said "Okay, let's try Kohl's...don't think we'll find anything." She was really sad. She found three different dresses that look fabulous and classy on her!! Go Kohl's!! I bought one and a drape-y jacket (don't know what they are called) for her so she would have two dresses and two drape-y jackets. Here's the kicker...all four items added up to what one piece of clothing cost at the top quality/high class clothing stores cost. Man!!

Working out w/our trainer and DDD later this morning. Grocery store then reading...might find a new soup to make. hmmmm.

Chris working out with DDD is best for sure. I love that Sanara comes over on Sundays. That is one smart mole you have.

Got my pushups done this morning. More gardening tonight.

If I'd thought about it, I could've taken the screen shot right when she squatted on the gopher hole. :naughty:

Got killed by our trainer yesterday! Strength and yoga. Some of the yoga I cannot do but DDD is so bendy, she can do all of it. It's amazing to watch!

Walking today and watching Ronan's swim lesson.

Gophers have pulled the traps down into the hole and buried them AGAIN!!

Shades of Caddyshack, Chris! You got some intelligent gophers!! Maybe you better not have Bean poop in their tunnels, they might retaliate! :noway:

I'm walking again, it's wonderful. The first one on Monday killed me - I could hardly lift my foot to the gas peddle to drive home. The same walk on Thursday was just right. Then I did 20 minutes yesterday.

The biggest thing is that I can stride normally again for the first time since my March sciatica. Until now my steps have been all shaky and wobbly, but poof a good blast and they're young again!

Paula, Man! that would be awful...awful funny tho.

So glad you are up and walking. Not being able to walk when I hurt my knee made me crazy. I could not stand it...even tho I complain constantly...I really, really disliked sitting on my fanny.

Walking in a few mins. This will make DH happy, too.

Chris my parents had moles for years. Earned little rodents. They had a cat that loved to kill them. At the time I thought the kitty was mean! But not anymore.

Paula you go girl! Them wall site are grueling.

Lots of bike riding with my granddaughter on Saturday. Then watched Grim with her and DH. Sunday I cleaned house.
