Perfect, Chris. I'll do the Hardgainer and add wall planks and pushups. Thanks for the focus, truly.

Love all the abs. Similar to the one we just did with some added spice. I have been doing the planks with a friend. Not exactly a tap, more like a slap. ;) We have been slapping unassisted of the shoulder taps. Definitely fun. And I love it mountain climbers. Better than burpees! Thanks Chris!

Paula we have been doing well sits also. Not easy with cuffs and radioactivity into our backs.

Not sure I want to correct my insanely over active spell check this time. Radioactive is so much more fun than radio digging in! Also have a flashlight. :D Love you guys!

I will definitely be doing the Hard gainer. I need to seriously work on toning my arms. My bff and I are doing a 21 day plank challenge that she found. And I’m adding push ups and climbers.. have to work on the abs. Also plan to walk on my lunch break. I want to join Paula in the 160s by the end of the month! :) Tennis practice starts soon if the rain ever stops in Georgia.

Have a great week ladies. Even though I’ll be at an all inclusive resort you all inspire me to not over indulge. Let’s see how well I do.

Shelley I love you guys too! This journey would not be possible without you 3 and my bff.

Forty five pounds of ammo, handcuffs and a radioactive flashlight! I don't think you need to add dumbbells, Shell~ ( <3 U2)

Wait! What about strapping the dumbbell on her left side, then when she has to draw her purple gun she can draw her dumbbell, which is also purple, at the same time. Think of the fear on the bad guy's face! Don't even think think about it scumbag...surrender bad guy or suffer the consequences... :p Yep, that's it!!!

    I love you guys too!

Think I'll do the Ab workout today. Yesterday w/our trainer was a good session. She came to our house. We have different equipment, so it's a good mix up.

Got in all the workouts yesterday. Been busy in the garden. And the controller for the aquarium shorted out. Ordered a new energy bar and it is not working right. Or we are not programming it correctly. In the mean time trying to hook it all up the old fashioned way. Not working the best. :/

    Shelley,
My husband likes energy bars, especially Cliff bars, but he doesn't have to program them.

    Shelley,

We like Source energy bars, but I never ever program them...too dangerous and messy.

Why I think I might have to try one of those cliff bars. I like the no programming bonus! :)

Worked out Friday, walked today. Many hours have been logged in working in the yard. Love it.

Saw the physical therapist yesterday for sciatica. It's almost too late. I stopped pain medicine last week and stopped needing a pillow to sit last weekend. Only remaining problem is weakness from the muscle's month-long vacation.

She gave me core exercises to engage 3 muscles: (1) diaphragm, (2) tummy-sucker-inner, and (3) base of spine - this will strengthen the vastus medialis (inner thigh) aka problem child. Twice a day, ugh. So not a morning person!

    paula

p.s. she said I had a real strong tummy-sucker-inner muscle. :blushing:
