Sweat inconsistency
I use to sweat profusely during my workout and now I am not sweating as much. My intensity level has not changed at all. Any suggestion as to what is going on with me. I workout at least 6 days a week. Thanks in advance for all responses.

Hey guys I need some advice on how to get veggies in my diet. I mean some days I go without veggies at all. There are only a few that I like and I eat salads simply to get some veggies in. Help needed please.

how do i control my sugar intake
I can'.t seem to control my sugar intake. I am told to eat fruit but most of them have lots of sugar. If I try to control one nutrient the other ones will be out. This posting thing is beginning to stress me out. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
