Hey guys!!! Soooo im really keen on giving body building ago but have no idea where to start and how to do it!!! Nutrition etc!!! Anyone out there have experience or know like the guidelines to do with nutrition and the exercise??? ANYTHING WILL HELP AND BE APPRECIATED!!!!! :)
