So About 2 weeks ago I was introduced to MyFitnesspal on my iPhone and all at once I thought yay!! this could be it!!
The answer to all my difficulties. Over eating, never sticking to my goal, binging, purging too many to mention!!Then I used this for a couple of days and thought it made everything so easy!! And my issue is I always get to that point just before I am where I want to be and then like self sabotage I jump back to my old habits and ruin it for myself and before I know it back at square one.. SO here I am. I heard that joining online aswell as the app has helped alot of people get closer to their goals and made it alot better to do so thought I'd give it ago. So here I go starting tomorrow I am completely committing to this program not only out of curiosity to see if the Myfitnesspals weightloss goal for 5 weeks is reachable and also to finally reach what I work so hard to get to.

    Good for you!!!! Post up a picture in your profile, then compare it in 5 weeks with a new one. Bet you'll love the results :)

  • The phone app is fantastic! I specifically was looking for a program that had BOTH, so I started looking on my phone. I felt it important that I could enter exercise or food when out and about. Because, let's be realistic, we are not always next to the computer!

    Most the time, I do enter things via the computer vs phone, but I still find it comforting to have the option. I love that they work seamlessly together and sync so well. I am very happy with this site, and have found it helps tremendously. I have yet to miss a day. I just constantly leave it as an open tab in my browser so I can flip back and forth as needed.

    Thanks guys!!! wow this is exciting!! don't tell me its going to replace FB!! I finally just shut that down! ( excuse me I tend to be a exclamation overuser!!!!) clearly. Its awesome I love the phone app cause it makes me consider every little thing I am consumming and whether or not its worth sticking it in my mouth. haha
